We may share data with: (a) service providers who support infrastructure, analytics, or customer support; (b) other users in your workspace according to your settings and role permissions; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) during a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer with appropriate safeguards.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace admins can request retention settings and exports.

We employ industry‑standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encrypted storage for credentials and secrets, role‑based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and enable available protections.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

Delete Account
- Open the Fisnum app and sign in with your account.
- Go to Profile → Delete Account .
- Select “Delete account”, review the confirmation, and continue.
- Confirm by entering "Delete" and selecting Delete.
